It is my humble request to all of the viewers to share your ideas without having any hesitation, and also request honourable suggestions where ever they are needed. I think teachers are the engineers to make the building of a country great and strong. But it is very pathetic on seeing some of our intelligent teachers, wasting their time in profitable things neither by money nor by mind. This website is for making discussions in how to improve the values of education, how to invest our time at school, at home and in the society, to discuss what is the roll of the teacher in the present day education system and to discuss how far we have to move further to prove ourselves as good teachers. It is time to make the students wake from their deep sleep of their routine act of by hearting and lerning their subjects blindly, leaving the real essence of education behind. You know that the leaders in the past were for the country's sake, but now the leaders are for their own sake. The change must start from the beginning, I mean from the childhood.
